PICKLING is a tradition common all over the world and in India this is refined into an art where pickling of fruit & vegetables using a mix of spices & oil is a tradition in each family and secret recipes are handed down from mother to daughter over generations.
GRANNY’S as the name suggests is our unit situated in a pollution free modern building surrounded by a fruit orchard using modern safe and hygienic methods as per HACCP and SFP standards makes and packs the products from best quality fruit and vegetables and whole spices which are then ground in house to ensure that maximum flavour of the spices are retained and used as per recipes which have traditionally been in the royal houses of North India for generations and passed down from mother to daughter.
Some of the spices used like – turmeric, asafoetida, fenugreek are good for health others like red chilli, fennel, cloves etc give it the rich colours and flavour.
